Shipping Policy

SECTION 1 - GENERAL INFORMATION & SHIPIPING TIMES

All orders are processed/packed within 48 hours and then shipped. In our standard price, standard shipping is included to all countries.
However, some countries do not accept standard shipments from Thailand, which is why we also offer Courier shipping as a paid alternative.
The price for this service is calculated when checking out. Normal lead time for standard shipping is 1-3 weeks worldwide, with Courier it is instead around 5 business days.
It is possible to choose Courier for countries that also accept standard shipping, if you wish.

Neohair International does not respond for any delays in shipping due to the used shipping company, such as delays due to holidays, natural disasters, pandemics or any other faults made by the delivery company. We guarantee to pack and ship your order within 48 hours, after which you will receive a tracking number. If you have not received a tracking number within 48 hours, we might not have received your order correctly - in this case please contact us so we can sort it out for you. When we have shipped your order and provided you with a tracking number to the email you used to order, we consider our duties done and can no longer respond for any of the aforementioned faults in delivery. However, if you have not received your order within the stated time, please contact us and we will do what we can to get more information about your shipment.
We do not accept returns or refunds  for orders due to delivery time being more than stated.

SECTION 2 - UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS, WRONG ADRESSES
If your order has arrived in your country of delivery and is not picked up by you, it might be held for a while, depending on the country.
When that time has passed, the post service will return it to the sender, which will be us. In this case, if you still want your product, a new shipping fee will have to be generated to send it to you again. If you would rather cancel your order at this time, we will refund you everything except the initial shipping fee as well as a service fee of 500 THB.  Please contact us at info@neohairinternational.com in a case like this, so that we can work it out together.

The same applies to other cases where the shipment has not been delivered to you due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to the wrong adress being given to us upon order.

SECTION 3 - DAMAGES
Neohair International is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

When receiving your shipment, kindly inspect it for damage before you sign that you received it. If you signed off as receiving it, without making a claim about the damage, we can not help you. Instead, we ask you to sign it as damaged and make a claim with the shipping company. We will then work it out and make sure that in the end you receive the products you paid for, in a good and new condition.

If your product takes too long or seem to be lost, kindly contact your local post service or national post service with your tracking number for more information. You can also send us an email at info@neohairinternational.com to explain the situation, and we will do our best to locate your shipment.
